If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued to the full amount paid for the product including shipping.

• The product must be returned in good conditions.
• Products damaged because of incorrect use, negligence or misuse will not be accepted.
• All components, accessories and original packaging must be returned.

Steps to return a product:
To return a product simply follow the steps below:
- Submit your details in an email to sales@australianpoolproducts.com.au or contact us on 03 7037 3925 to obtain a Return pre-paid shipping label.
- Pack the product in the original packaging and include all of its components and accessories as well as a copy of the original receipt.
- Ship the product to us using the pre-paid label supplied by us.
- Once your product is received, the return will be processed within 10 business days and a refund or exchange will be issued.
