To achieve a best-in-class coefficient of performance (COP) rating, Australian Pentair Heat Pump packed serious components into the design. Featuring rotary and scroll compressors, the UltraTemp is efficient, reliable and quieter than competitors. A 100% titanium heat exchanger assures corrosion-free performance.

For over ten years, the affordable pentair heat pump has been saving the environment with EPA-recognized, environmentally safe, non-ozone depleting R-410A refrigerant. It’s for this reason the UltraTemp heat pump has earned the Eco Select® Brand for environmental responsibility. Finally, the Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) controls refrigerant flow for optimum efficiency and kW output over a wider operating temperature range.

Troubleshooting software continuously monitors the heating system for peak performance. An automatic defrost feature senses refrigerant temperature and prevents the UltraTemp heat pump from freezing. You are still in control, however, with the LCD control which displays an intuitive, menu-driven readout with easy to follow icons and messages. 

This pool and spa product includes 15 years on the titanium heat exchanger, 5 years on the compressor, 3 years on the refrigeration circuit, 3 years on parts and 1 year on-site labour.
